1. THE AGREEMENT

By using Velvy, you agree to follow these rules. This is a legal agreement between you and Velvy.

2. WHO CAN USE VELVY

You must be at least 18 years old to use Velvy. By creating an account, you promise that you are an adult and that you will follow the law.

3. PROVING WHO YOU ARE

We may ask you to prove who you are with an ID. For your privacy, we automatically delete these ID records 30 days after you are verified. If you lie or use a fake ID, you will be banned.

4. CONTENT RULES

No nudity, no violence, and no sexual content in your photos or posts.

5. SECURE MAGIC BIO TOOLS

Velvy provides automated tools, including "Magic Bio," to help you create profile content. These tools use secure internal templates to assist you. While we strive for high quality, Velvy does not guarantee the accuracy of the generated text, and you are ultimately responsible for any content displayed on your profile.

6. BE KIND

Do not bully, harass, or use hate speech. If you are mean to others, your account will be closed.

7. NO SCAMS

Do not use Velvy to scam people, sell things, or send spam.

8. THE 24-HOUR SAFETY PROTOCOL

If you report someone, our safety team checks it within 24 hours and takes action.

9. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Payments are handled by Apple or Google. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your phone settings. Velvy may display internal promotions or advertisements regarding our own premium features and subscription tiers within the app.

10. OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS

Velvy may occasionally provide promotional offers, discount codes, or coupons. These offers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be subject to specific expiration dates or terms. Velvy reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

11. MEETING PEOPLE

You are responsible for who you meet. Please be careful when meeting new people in real life.

12. THE 90-DAY ACCOUNT RECOVERY

If you delete your account, you have 90 days to change your mind and log back in to save your account. After 90 days, it is gone forever.

13. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

If you break these rules and it causes trouble for Velvy, you agree to take responsibility.

14. CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT

You can close your account at any time. We can also close your account if you break these rules.
